Mailing invoices, getting files back, looking for statements: working with a bookkeeper often runs on attachments. It is simpler when you both work in the same administration.
Inviting
You invite your bookkeeper with an e-mail address and choose a role. There is no password: your bookkeeper logs in with a code that arrives by e-mail. You can withdraw access at any time.
Which role?
- Owner: everything, including inviting people and changing company details.
- Bookkeeper: add and change invoices and bookings, match bank statements.
- Read only: look along and export.
What your bookkeeper sees
All invoices and attachments, your bank statements, the VAT return per quarter and a log of who changed what. Several companies? One person can work in several administrations and switches with one click; the data stays separated.
