Import bank statements and match them with invoices

Import bank statements (CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV) and match payments with invoices and bookings, without duplicate bookings.

Updated 2026-10-17

By importing your bank statements you see at a glance which invoices are paid and which are still open.

Which files can I use?

Most banks let you download statements as CAMT.053 (xml), MT940 or CSV. Choose one of these formats in your online banking and upload the file.

Importing

  1. Create a bank account with your IBAN.
  2. Upload the statement. Every payment becomes a line.
  3. Import the same file again and no duplicate lines are made.

Matching

For every payment the system suggests an invoice or booking based on amount, description and name. Is it right? Then you match with one tap; the invoice is marked as paid with the date of the payment. A payment without an invoice becomes a booking with one tap, for example for bank costs.
